Packages and frames are segmented using specific markers or delimiters that indicate the start and end of each segment. These markers are added to the data at the sender's end and are used by the receiver to identify and extract the individual segments. In the case of packages, headers and trailers are added to the data to indicate the beginning and end of the package. Similarly, frames are segmented using start and end flags that help in identifying the boundaries of each frame. This segmentation process ensures that the data can be transmitted and received in a structured and organized manner. **

The segmented school system, where students are grouped based on their perceived intelligence or academic abilities, may not be meaningful in relation to IQ. IQ is just one measure of cognitive ability and does not capture the full range of skills and talents that students possess. Placing students in different tracks based solely on IQ may limit their potential for growth and development in other areas. It is important to consider a more holistic approach to education that takes into account individual strengths and challenges, rather than solely relying on IQ scores for placement. **
